Hello lovlies! Sorry for zee lack of posts! So busyyyy with school and such! But I'm starting to get my schedule down so there will be more time for blogging! Fashion week has been amazing so far. I have been noticing all white as the most major trend! Don't know how I feel about that! I'll be posting some of my favorite looks soon! Other than that here is my nail polish color of the week! Lanvin is doing a collab for h&m and I am so excited! Lanvin is one of my favorite fashion houses and Alber Elbaz is a pure genius! Can't wait for the collection to hit stores November 2nd!

Bonjour dear old blog sorry, I have been neglecting you for the past couple of weeks! I have just been busy/lazy. Horrible combination. Any who I have just begun school so that's quite exciting! blah blah blah. I am boring and can't think of anything else to write! OH WAIT fashion week is coming up and I am oh so excited! Can't wait. Marc Jacobs. Both are fun, pretty, girly and whimsical! I also love the choices of models for both ads!

I like how right after a I freak out about the Target collaboration with Mulberry, F21 decided to make a knock-off of the "Alexa" Mulberry bag! I was pretty excited! The color is blue, I would have much rather preferred a black or brown, but thats okay this will keep me satisfied till the Target ones come out.

The picture is shit but I was being lazy and decided to use photo booth. he-he.

To all of the fashionistas out there October 10th will be a glorious day! Thats the day that Mulberry launches a collection of handbags in collaboration with Target. Rumor is that there is even a bag similar to the "Alexa" bag. Can't wait to get my hands on one! Save the date, I know I am!

Today is the final game of the world cup! I am so excited! Both Spain and the Netherlands are amazing teams, I would love to see Spain win seeing as they haven't ever made it this far in a World Cup! My favorite collections of Fall 2010 Couture would have to be Christian Dior and Valentino. Both collections couldn't be more different from one another but they have one thing in common, they are both GORGEOUS. Galliano was extremly innovative as always at Dior! I wouldn't have expected anything less. The dresses truly looked like flowers, such an inspiring collection!

Christian Dior:

At Valentino, Pier Paolo Piccioli and Maria Grazia Chiuri made sure the looks were classic couture but with a girly twist. There was pretty pinks, bows, and little kitten heels. My favorites! Its safe to say this collection was for the classic girly-girl.

PRADA

Miuccia Pradas collections was darling. It was the complete contrast of her Fall 2009 show. With the pastel and hippy-esque prints what was not to love?

OSCAR DE LA RENTA

Oscar de la Rentas collection is probably my favorite of all the collections! I usually like Mr. de la rentas collections but this one I loved. It was very Parisian inspired which I loved even if it was done in a lot of the fall collections. He put his own twist on it with the nude colors and sheer ankle socks. The little black dresses were my favorite as they were embellished with bows a feathers.

Current nail polish color of the week is a classic red by O.P.I.

My bracelet is actually an awesome necklace my cousin thrifted and gave to me. It reminds me of candy.

Something else I am currently loving is the fisheye camera I received for my birthday months ago. It is so awesome and so much fun. I can't wait to get the film developed! I also just love that Eiffel Tower necklace. I purchased it from Forever 21 almost a year ago and still wear it all the time.

The Christian Lacroix show has to be one of my favorites of paris fashion week.

It was sophisticated, pulled together, yet still undeniably cool and chic. Everything from the coats and dresses, to little bows and edwardian-esque lace tights and shirts, what was not to love.

I also think that Mr. Lacroix was inspired by swedish blogger girls, because every look was topped off with a classic swedish ballerina bun. Just saying.

Oh how I loved Erin Fetherstons Fall '09 collection. It was so whimsical and girly.

For some reason though some of the outfits reminded me of Luellas fall '08 collection. Maybe it was the hats. lol.

So I saw Lykke Li in concert about 2 weeks ago and it was amazing. She has so much energy. I love how she dances, sings, and dresses. I have noticed almost everything she wears is black and I love that. She is definitely one of my central pools of style inspiration. And i must add that the drummer in her band is gorgeous! To bad I couldn't find a picture of him!

Hi i'm Zuli! First Post here! The Chanel Spring 2009 Couture line was absolutely flawless. It was so crisp and clean with all the whites and blacks, yet it was still undeniably young and fresh with the floral head pieces, skinny pants, and high-waisted skirts. And may I add that those head pieces were made out of paper, yes PAPER. They were created by Japanese hair stylist Katsuya Kamo. That my friends is true art.
